BERRY YOGURT PARFAIT

Smooth and creamy berry yogurt parfait is the perfect snack for any time of the day. It’s very light and healthy. To make this you will need only 5 ingredients. You can have it for breakfast or as an afternoon snack or as an after-dinner dessert.

Ingredients:

1 cup hung curd/yogurt

4-5 tbsp icing/powdered sugar

½ tsp vanilla essence

2-3 tbsp strawberry syrup

Dried cranberries

Directions:

In a bowl, add hung curd, icing sugar and vanilla essence. Whisk well.

Pour strawberry syrup and using a spatula or spoon gently swirl the sauce into the yogurt.

Pour a few spoonfuls of yogurt into the serving glass. Add a few dried cranberries. Then pour another layer of yogurt over it. Keep repeating until the glass is full.

Drizzle strawberry sauce over the top and garnish it with a few cranberries.

Serve chilled.
